Windmill Produce Farm, LLC

A new farm operation in Powhatan County, VA for the sole purpose of growing Hydroponic vegetables, herbs, and microgreens.

Our Mission:
To grow and provide safe, superior quality, fresh, vine ripened, locally grown hydroponic produce to consumers in the Richmond, VA metro area.  We intend to establish a reputation as the producer of the highest quality produce available.

Purpose:
Windmill Produce Farm, LLC was formed for the specific purpose of growing and marketing high quality specialty crops, fancy lettuce, cucumbers and other leaf crops, including microgreens, herbs, tomatoes and other vegetables.  This will be done in a controlled environment greenhouse operation utilizing the most recent technology in a 100% soilless hydroponic growing system. 


Our Promise To You:
We promise to....

- use organic seeds (when available), for our produce, 
- to use safe filtered well water in our system, (our well is over 350' deep, so there is no chance of ground water contamination). 
- and, to NEVER use pesticides, insecticedes, or other harmful chemicals in our operation.
